At the helm of Diversus is Eleonor van den Heever, a seasoned educator and training specialist with over 17 years of experience in leadership development and professional learning.
Driven by a deep passion for growth and transformation, her vision is to cultivate environments where individuals thrive, organisations evolve, and education becomes a lifelong catalyst for change. Eleonor holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management and Leadership, with a research focus on the intersection of Instructional Management and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership. Her career has taken her beyond South Africa’s borders, including two years in the United Arab Emirates, where she gained valuable insight into diverse learning cultures and global education systems.
